Apologies for me taking so long to send this through.

I just want to let you know that it was an absolute pleasure working with Mariana in Mexico. Yet she was really busy and I didn’t get to see her during the week, but she always answered my calls or returned my messages. I do know it’s not easy to trying and pay attention to two groups at the same time, but there was not a moment did I ever feel that she was not paying enough attention the needs of my group.

Please advise her managers that I am thankful to have worked with her and she is a real Gem. If I travel to Mexico again I will request to work with her again. Thank you Assuring you of my professional attention at all times. Kind Regards,

I am Amy Williams, a Meeting Manager here at Concepts Worldwide, who worked with Marcela Ballina and her team last week in Cabo. First, thank you very much for the gifts for myself, my co-worker Tammy and my client Linda. Linda was thrilled with her cookbook and Tammy & I loved our ceramic platters.

Second, I wanted to let you know what a phenomenal job Destination Mexico did for the Knoll Essentials program. Our client was very happy with your team's performance and our attendees were even letting us know what a great job they did. More than one team member went above and beyond the call of duty both during the planning phase as well as on site.

Our on site team couldn't have had as successful of a program without all the hard work of the Destination Mexico team. I have recommended to our entire operations team that they should try to use Destination Mexico for any programs we have in Mexico. (I've even already had the opportunity to recommend you to a client for any programs they might have coming up in Mexico!)

How are you? I hope all is well!

I wanted to write and give you some feedback on the whole Destination Mexico experience in Mexico City.

Everyone from top to bottom did a fantastic job! Mariana was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive which is something that is important to us. On my site visit she was very helpful and gave great suggestions. She was there to respond to all 300 e-mails I would send her in a day and would answer each of them thoroughly and quickly. It seemed at one point that she was working 24 hrs a day as she would respond right away any time during the day.

Rocio was also a pleasure to work with! She was everything I could have asked for in an on-site manager. She was there with me every step of the way and a few steps ahead as well. She was great with the delegates and with the client as well and I felt very comfortable trusting her to handle many of the pop-ups that came up. She was thorough and organized, if it was not for her, this program would not have gone as smoothly as it did.

Richard also did a great job and was very responsive during bulk arrivals while running around trying to find all of the delegates at the airport, all the while I was sending him changes and updates which were all received with a pleasant tone and great service!

Also, thank you very much for the gift. It is here in our office and we will keep it as a reminder of the great service our partners in Mexico provided. I am very glad that we decided to work with your company on this program and look forward to future business together!
