It is very fitting for the experience I had personally with your company, and most especially Rocio on the recent event in Punta Mita Feb 14-18, 2013.

Forgive me for not writing sooner.

I have been in this business for almost 20 years as an event producer, meeting planner and account manager servicing luxury automotive clients. This was my first client program in Mexico and your company was recommended by another colleague. She said she’d never go anywhere in Mexico without Rocio and Destination Mexico, so I added your company to our bid list.

I was never disappointed from the RFP (which as nicer, more complete and more innovative than your competitors) to when the last group left the Four Seasons…Rocio, Celia, and team were the most competent, professional and caring DMC team ever. Anywhere. Rocio worked tirelessly and constantly to ensure the most successful program in years for us. We had directors that have been with the company over 18 years comment that it was their favorite program ever. That’s a testimonial to Rocio’s efforts in planning and follow up. She has the most amazing attitude and ability to foresee potential issues and resolve them quickly. She also has a very welcoming and organized leadership style that was refreshing! My entire team and our clients just loved her and trusted her completely with everything.

A few weeks ago we held our high-level incentive trip in Cancun and with the help of Angie and team, the program went off even better than anticipated! This is the second consecutive year that I've been able to write a glowing review about Angie and Destination Mexico because of the careful and steady attention they gave our program to ensure every single attendee walked away with memories that will last a lifetime. From the last minute requests, to the "special" surprises in store (Stryker logo poolside!), the team was remarkable!

From the trip awardees to the executive leadership in attendance (President and 4 Vice Presidents), high remarks were noted by all. Post meeting it was mentioned on a leadership call that a "masterful" job was done without a single detail missed. This wouldn't have been possible without Angie and team by my side.

I wanted to thank you again for making our Trius program such a success. Philippe and Maria left raving about everything, particularly Casiano's. Carisa and Ed both left with smiles on their faces and Carisa says she wants to come back for the fine food festival next year and has invited us to join her and her husband. And at the One and Only, too.

Everyone was very impressed with the way you and the hotel managed to turn on a dime to insure the meeting's success despite the weather. Tell Roberto and Pablo many thanks. We really appreciated Roberto's presence throughout the program. Too often we've met the banqueting manager at the beginning of a program then never see them again.

And thanks for going the extra mile at Hacienda and getting us seated on the beach. It was a truly magical evening. And personally, that may be the BEST mole I have ever eaten. WOW!
