I apologize for the delay as I was on vacation all of last week.

Thank you for all of your help in the pre-planning and on-site logistics. You were so very kind to answer all of my (many!) questions and always in a very quick manner!

I would like to give a mention to our driver, Arturo. He was absolutely wonderful in helping us feel safe and secure in our travels through Mexico City. It was crucial to have his translation assistance on our trip to the Universidad La Salle on November 18 as our contact did not speak English. Arturo was so very sweet and much appreciated by all members of our group!

I was very pleased with all services offered by Destination Mexico and I look forward to working with your team again!

Wow, you really have full controll, I am impressed!

The group leader sent me an email when he was in Cancun and he was very, very satisfied with everything!

He told me that all the arrangements where going fantasticly well. The hotel was good, not to flashy, ok situated and good standard.

He also said that your service was very good and that the restaurants where very nice.

So thank you very much Christina, it was great working with you!

I hope we will have more groups going to Mexico in the future and will for sure use you and your agency for all the arrangements.

Hola. Hope that you are doing well. I wanted to write about my experience last week with Itzel at the Cancun Beach Palace. She is tremendous. Very personable, professional and proactive. We could not have had a successful program without her. Everything from the DMC side was flawless. She accommodated all of our requests, even the last minute ones and she even assisted us when we had challenges with the hotel. She is a wonderful asset to your company and I hope to work with her again.

Dear Rocio,

I wanted to send you a note to say how happy I was with our program in Cancun and how Destination Mexico was a major part of the sucess of our events.

It is always great to work with partners you believe in and trust, and I am definitely glad we were able to work together again during the IADB Annual Meetings held in Cancun in March 2010.

I want to point out how I was especially impressed with Itzel Valenzuela.

From my first dealings with her before my site visit to Cancun I could tell she was going to really try hard to make everything we wanted or needed happen. And she did. All through the planning process we collaborated on ideas and occasionally I threw out some (crazy) ideas and she made it all happen. And she made it happen really well. All our spaces were perfection and all the details were spot on.

Her dedication to our group and hard work made our events really wonderful. We have received so much great feedback from our internal associates as well as clients, and they have all said it has been the best program we have ever done around this annual meeting.

That is in big part due to Destination Mexico, and specifically Itzel. It was my absolute pleasure to work with you again.
