I am writing you both to tell you about the AMAZING experience I had with your Company, Destination Mexico. Back in December a co-worker and I came to Mexico for site visits for our upcoming event and were greeted by Nayeli who turned out to be the most impressive professional host to us. Nayeli took the stress off of us by making sure we were transferred to the right properties and worked hard at arranging activities for us to sample. Meeting Nayeli put me at ease and impressed me so much that I pushed aside all other bids for similar services as yours to go with her because not only did she represent your Company and Country with such professionalism and grace but because I built an instant trust with her.

Our event wrapped up this past Sunday and I must say I was OVERLY impressed with how smooth everything went. Nayeli and I have been working diligently to prepare for this event and it showed how talented she is by how flawless everything was. Every one of my guests were picked up and greeted as if they were all VIP’s! Nayeli and Marcela’s presence at the hotel every day was much needed and appreciated, there was not one question that went unanswered or one stone unturned to make this event a memorable one for all our guests. We all felt so pampered and special by the attention to detail Nayeli put into this program from assisting me with toys, cabo wabo, activities, limo’s etc…it was spectacular. I must say it felt like Nayeli has been in the business for many many years! Your Company is extremely blessed to have such a professional, attentive, charming individual as her.

I will recommend anyone and everyone to use your Company for not only personal trips but their own events. I can certainly say that I made new friends with Destination Mexico and look forward to next years event…you can be sure I will use your Company should we go back to Mexico!

Phoenix Controls would like to thank you and the Destination Mexico team for the wonderful customer service we received during our 2009 Platinum Partner Award Event. This year, we were pleased to have 13 couples participating! We’d like to commend Marcela Ballina and her team for the excellent support they provided. It was especially a pleasure to work with her throughout the entire process, from planning right though to post event follow up. There are so many details involved in planning an event like this, and Marcela truly made it much easier. She was extremely helpful in coordinating the ground transportation for our couples to and from the airport and golf outings, off site dinners, and a whale watch tour. She was instrumental in arranging customized menus for our two off-site dinners, and personalizing the event for our guests with beautiful Talavera plates for each of their hotel guest rooms. When selecting an off-site excursion, Marcela found a private whale watch tour on Pez Gato which was perfect for our group’s size and that offered light snacks and refreshments.

We’ve received feedback from several of our guests commenting on how wonderful their trip was, and how impressed they were with your staff. Everyone from your organization was friendly, professional, and provided a high level of personalized service. We’d like to thank Destination Mexico for helping make our Platinum Partner Award event such a success.
