Two unmissable festivals in Los Cabos this year!

April, 2023

This spring, two unmissable events take place in Los Cabos that will make it the perfect destination for art and food lovers!

The ABC Art Baja California cultural festival, held from March 10th to April 23rd, seeks to develop community and collaboration in the state of Baja California Sur, and to create a unique experience that will promote national and international artistic talent, from emerging artists to established names. The festival’s wide range of activities take place across the state, in the various ABC Art locations: La Paz, San José, and Todos Santos. The activities include exhibitions, installations, workshops, classes and lectures, concerts, film screenings, parties, and much more. More information on events and venues can be found on the festival website: ABC ART BAJA

Concurrently, on the weekend of April 13th to 16th, Cabo San Lucas will be host to a world-class culinary festival led by Michelin starred-chef Carlos Gaytán. The Festival of Flavors Culinary Weekend at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal will see Chef Gaytán bring the full spectrum of his culinary talents as he showcases the heirloom recipes of his homeland. As the first Mexican chef to have earned the distinguished Michelin star, Carlos Gaytán delights guests at his two restaurants in the heart of Chicago’s River North neighborhood with his signature culinary style — from ceviche preparations and the delicate flavors of shrimp, to the richness of his chicken tinga and handmade tortillas with aromatic spices, this is a unique take on Mexican haute cuisine that you don’t want to miss!
