From the restaurant suspended on the cliffside, let contemporary cuisine created by celebrity chef Enrique Olvera take you on a sensorial journey – showcasing re-invented traditional cuisine with a daring sense of personality that celebrates years of travel and experience.

Drawing on the local surroundings, particular inspiration comes from a fascination for the Mexican thatched roof Palapa and the storytelling and cuisine from there. Enrique's vision was to reduce this atmosphere to a menu that reflects a broad spectrum of influence from Oaxaca to the modern Mediterranean. Here you can’t help but be inspired to sample refreshing flavours that leave an impression, from roasted palm hearts to aged fish or smokey octopus zarandeado.
