We had the pleasure of working with Karen, Tanya and Santiago (as well as a few amazing others) and felt throughout the entire process everything was completely under control. A feeling most event planners strive for!
Their consistent professional communication and attention to detail was extremely appreciated. At no point did my team feel anything was disorganized or of major concern.
When issues arose with the hotel property and their lack of ability to deliver on an evening event, Karen and Tanya rolled up their sleeves and assisted in making the evening happen - even when it was not their role or obligation to do so. In my eyes, that teamwork and support is the epitome of a great working partnership. This team has gone above and beyond more times than they should have to, all the while remaining friendly and calming amongst the chaos caused by other suppliers.

Now that we have completed both of my 2023 Mexico programs, I wanted to take a few minutes to thank everyone from Destination Mexico for helping me create 2 successful programs this year.

The teams in Puerto Vallarta and Cabo were both outstanding. The pre-communication was great, especially considering both of my programs were in peak season, response times were vey quick. Even though we only had them manage airport transfers and excursions, I was well aware that they could also help with decor, entertainment, and gifting. Unfortunately both hotels required that I use their in-house resources for decor and entertainment. But looking through Destination Mexico’s proposal they would have been a great resource.

Arlet in Puerto Vallarta was available 7 days a week and made my life on site seamless. The team in PV was friendly and my attendees commented on how wonderful they were on the excursions. The team in Cabo, lead by Vianney, was wonderful as well. The airport was very crowded upon arrival they had set up an extra tent to keep my attendees in the shade while they waited for their transfers. The staff was very punctual and made sure that everyone was accounted for at each excursion. I had fairly large departure groups in Cabo to manage and with American Airlines continuously changing their departure flight times we had a million changes. Vianney was so professional handling the changes and updating my departure manifest, she even worked with us to save money by combining some of the post event departures.

I would highly recommend Destination Mexico to handle all of my Mexico incentives.
