The Incentive Research Foundation’s Incentive Travel Destination Preferences & Their Impact on Motivation reports that group incentive travel was considered highly motivating by 91% of North American employees surveyed the IRF. Building upon the 2021 study, Incentive Travel Destination Preferences & Their Impact on Motivation reports many trends that demonstrate a return to pre-pandemic incentive travel activity.

LOS CABOS RECORDS HISTORIC TOURISM GROWTH IN Q1 OF 2022

Los Cabos Welcomed Over 800 Thousand Visitors in Q1 of 2022, an Increase of 13 Percent Over 2019; Record Hotel Occupancy and Average Daily Rate Bolsters Los Cabos’ position as Mexico’s Top Luxury Destination.

Los Cabos Tourism Board forecasts bookings to the destination will remain strong during the spring travel season, with a projected increase of 11 percent in anticipated bookings for the month of April 2022, 22 percent in May, and 10 percent in June.

HYATT TO DEBUT GRAND HYATT CANCUN BEACH RESORT IN 2024

Hyatt announced its Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort, a 500-room property with eleven restaurants, three pools, a kids club, retail center and nearly 6,000 square feet of event spaces, will be finished and ready to open during the summer of 2024.

PUERTO VALLARTA WILL HAVE A NEW FLIGHT FROM CANADA

For the upcoming winter season, the destination will have a new flight from the Canadian cities of Edmonton and Vancouver, which will represent 2,268 new seats per month.

Flair Airlines will begin flying to Puerto Vallarta International Airport in the first week of November, which coincides with the increase in demand from Canadian visitors, who will have more options to travel to Vallarta & Nayarit.
