From the BCD Events point of view Destination Mexico did a fabulous job. As you know, when we completed our 2017 site inspection, we visited Mexico City with the view that it would be a nice “extension” destination for our customers travelling to “Cancun & Cuba”. But, after the site, we changed our mind, with the history, tour options, function venues and hot air ballooning opportunity over the pyramids, too good to overlook. We changed to Mexico City & Cuba, with Cancun the extension destination.

Throughout the lead up to the event, Inga and Olga were incredibly attentive. You listened, you were open minded, you made suggestions and you responded quickly and accurately. During the event itself, you were hard working, presented well, dedicated and flexible. But above all else, you delivered what you said you would. I have been doing events for a long time and I have to say that Cali is the best destination manager that I have worked with in my 20 years. She can handle pretty much any situation and last minute request with a big smile and a happy voice. She is talented and quick to respond on site. We certainly appreciated the special care that she gave to us and our attendees and made us feel taken care of. Cali and Brittany work very well together and found the correct vendors to make both Agent Destination and Diamond Destination very successful.

The whole Destination Mexico team that worked with Cali were professional and outstanding. Again handling each request with ease and grace.
