We hope these blogs will help stimulate not only your enthusiasm for Mexico as a destination for your groups, but your palates also!

Brisas Group, which has a collection of Mexico hotels geared to business and leisure travelers in both urban and beach destinations, completed renovations and expansion at two of its properties, the Galeria Plaza Reforma in Mexico City and the Hacienda Jurica in the colonial city of Queretaro.

A renovation at the Galeria Plaza Reforma in 2016 added a rooftop swimming pool and lounge on the 12th floor that offers views of Mexico City's skyline and bustling financial district. The hotel is steps from the city's grand major boulevard, Reforma, and the tree-lined Zona Rosa neighborhood.

Melia has announced the latest addition to Mexico, with the launch of Paradisus Playa Mujeres, set to open in first quarter 2019.

The all-inclusive resort will have 498 rooms, each with minibar, LCD TV, high-speed WiFi and private balcony.

Amenities will include the adults-only Royal Service with private butlers and a Family Concierge that offers a tailored family experience.

Palace Resorts celebrated the grand opening of Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos with celebrity-filled festivities, tourism officials and VIPs.

The weekend concluded with an exclusive dining experience prepared by executive chef Florian Michael Durre and live entertainment.

The resort has 374 guestrooms, which range from 760 to 1,400 square feet and all feature ocean views. Suites come with private terraces, oversize bathrooms with bathtubs and a king or two double beds. Guests can also enjoy butler service, nightly aromatherapy, a pillow menu, CHI blow-dryers, CHI flatirons and Bulgari products.
