Open during the end of the third week of December.

For those who remember the old Sancho Panza at the Tesoro hotel on the Cabo San Lucas Marina, it will open again as Sancho Panza, The House of Music, Art, & Wine. Sancho Panza will be under new ownership and with famous Chef Jeremiah Tower, who became one of America’s first celebrity chefs after rising to prominence in California cuisine in the 1970’s.

Towers was also the subject of a documentary produced by the late Anthony Bourdain, titled “The Last Magnificent”, as Bourdain considered him the first Celebrity Chef. Ron Kleist, the previous owner of Sancho Panza, will be there for the the opening, which will take place sometime during the end of the third week of December. It is located in the previous La Europea wine store, just before Santa Carmela Market on the four lane highway, across from Santa Carmela.
