The new Barceló Maya Riviera is set to debut December 15, 2019 in the heart of the Riviera Maya, a company spokesperson told Caribbean Journal. The 850-room resort will join Barcelo’s Maya Grand Resort, a complex that includes five other resorts and, soon, the Barceló Maya Arena, the largest convention center in the wider region with an extension of more than 17,000 square meters and various multifunctional areas.
